The SLI series was developed for integration into demanding fluidic systems and represents a high-precision measurement solution for water-based and hydrocarbon-based liquids (alcohol, solvents, oils, fuels, adhesives) at low flow rates. Thanks to Sensirion's modular concept, the mass flow meter connect with different interface cables. This ensures optimal combinability and simplifies the installation of the mass flow meter in a wide variety of fluidic systems.

Thanks to short response times and high precision, the SLI mass flow meter enables the precise monitoring of highly dynamic processes such as fast dosing applications. Like all other mass flow meters from Sensirion, the sensors of the SLI series contain no moving parts along the flow path and measure through the wall of the straight flow channel. All wetted materials (glass, PEEK, fluoroplastics) are extremely inert, ensuring extremely good media compatibility. The compact and at the same time stable housing (IP65) makes the SLI mass flow meter the first choice for measuring low flow rates from a single microliter to several milliliters per minute. They are ideal for demanding applications in life sciences or industrial automation.
